The Doctors are in! Join Westminster Professors and seasoned home brewers, Brian Petrus, Pete Smith and Brian Lackey for a step-by-step guide to starting your first home brew! The professors will walk you through the equipment and ingredients needed while you sample Brain Petrus’ own private label as well as a flight of what’s on tap at The Tavern and enjoy woodfire pizzas. Guests go home with detailed inatructuons that will set them up for success! Must be over 21 with valid ID to attend.
