Join us for our 3rd annual field trip to Chuck Moose’s farm in New Wilmington, Pa. Meet Tavern owner Maggie Noble at the farm where Chuck raises the grass-fed cattle we use for our burgers at the restaurant, as well as free-range Thanksgiving Turkeys! We’ll meet this year’s flock and then spend some time with the cattle and learn about sustainable animal husbandry from Farmer Chuck. This is a great field trip for kids. Bring the whole family! Just let us know how many guests will be coming so Chuck can prepare. Attendees will have first access to Chuck’s Thanksgiving turkeys. A $25 deposit will be taken at the field trip to reserve your bird. Muck boots are suggested. This event is free.

Farmed Chuck will be selling beef and chicken cuts out of his freezer so come with a bag if you’re interested in taking home sustainable meats!
